If you are interested in giving blood, you should contact Mrs. Borgen in room 250B. She will be able to help you sign up and answer any questions that you may have. The first blood drive is December 1st but, there will be more opportunities to donate blood on March 1st, 2023, and May 2023. If you were to donate 3 or 4 times per year, then you can earn a red cord for graduation.

To donate blood you must be in good health and feeling well. You must also be at least 16 years old (with a permission slip) and no slip is needed 17 and up you must also weigh at least 110lbs. If you meet these requirements and still are unsure, remember that donating your blood can save a life or even several.
