The new yearbook teacher.

This school year of 2023\2024 we got a new yearbook\publications teacher, her name is Ms.Alba. She just started this year after our old teacher went and became a principal at rolling green elementary school.  She has talked with the old yearbook teacher so she knew what had to be done, as you all know It’s the middle of the semester and she has been doing an amazing job trying to take over the yearbook\publications classes. She has a lot of old students that had yearbook\publications last year and they are helping her out this year so she’s not struggling too much with everyone. I am one of the students that had the classes for the last 2 years. I have tried my hardest to help her out with everything and we have been improving so much. We picked out a theme already and it’s spiderman theme. Even though this is her first year here at Jefferson she is doing an amazing job communicating with her students, teachers, and even asking students how their day is going or how their weekend was, she’s really kind, sweet, helpful, caring and loves decorating her classroom. Since Christmas is coming up she decorated her classroom with a Christmas tree, Christmas lights and other things, and when any holiday is coming up she loves to bring in snacks for her students. Yes a lot of students miss the old yearbook\publications teacher Mr.larson but we all are warming up to the new change and everything. If she is the yearbook\publications teacher for all the years after i graduate, I hope all the students love her or try to like her. If the students don’t, that is completely ok because she’s always going to do an amazing job. If you guys ever wanna let her know anything her room number is 245.
