As the sole supplier of blood for 13 local hospitals the RRVBC needs to maintain a minimum of 800 donors a week to meet demand, currently their goal is to recruit 7,000 new donors in 2023. 

Schools are uniting in a competition to see which can donate the most blood to the Rock River Valley Blood Center (RRVBC). The winning school earns bragging rights and a trophy!

Blood drives will be held at Jefferson March 1st and May 1st. 

If you aren’t able to make it on those dates you also have from until May 23, 2023 to make an appointment by calling 815-965-8751, through the myRRVBC app, or at RRVBC.ORG. Be sure to tell them you are supporting Jefferson High School with your donation.
